  • Oil Burner/Tank Permit (New Installation): $30
  • Oil Tank (aboveground) Removal: $20
  • Occupancy - Fire Alarm/carbon monoxide (CO) Detector - 1 family: $50
  • Occupancy - Fire Alarm/CO Detector - 2 family: $100
  • Occupancy - Fire Alarm/CO Detector - fewer than 6 units: $150
  • Occupancy - Fire Alarm/CO Detector - 7-plus units: $500
  • Reinspections: 1/2 original fee
  • Smoke Detector/Certificate of Compliance - without Carbon Monoxide: $25
  • Smoke/Carbon Monoxide - 1 Family: $50
  • Smoke/Carbon Monoxide - 2 Family: $100
  • Smoke/Carbon Monoxide - 6 or fewer units: $150
  • Smoke/Carbon Monoxide - 7 or more units: $500
