The Town of Grafton currently carries its health insurance coverage through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and additional Medicare Supplemental plans with Fallon and Tufts. Effective 7/1/2023 coverage for active employees will be administered by Health Plans Inc. through Mass Strategic Health Group.
