Accessibility Advisory Commission

The Grafton Accessibility Advisory Commission is to assure that all people in Grafton have and equal opportunity to participate in all functions involving living, working and enjoying recreation activities.

Affordable Housing Trust

Our mission is to provide for the creation, preservation and retention of affordable housing and rental housing in the Town of Grafton for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households through a variety of programs including education and advocacy.

The Board of Assessors is responsible for ensuring fair and equitable taxation within the Town of Grafton. Each year, the assessors value all residential, commercial, industrial, and taxable personal property in the town for the purpose of ad valorem taxation.

By-Law Study Committee

The Committee is responsible for preparing a report that outlines recommendations for substantive changes to the Town By-Laws that are necessary or advisable. This report will then be reviewed by Grafton's Town Counsel, and then sent to Town Meeting for ratification.
