Overview
The Grafton Senior Center serves older adults (age 60 and older) and their spouses/significant others. There is no charge to use the Grafton Senior Center. Special classes with instructors may have a nominal fee attached.
Mission Statement
The Grafton Senior Center serves older persons, disabled persons of all ages and their caregivers. Programs that enhance dignity and quality of life, support independence and encourage general wellness are developed, coordinated, and promoted to meet the needs of these individuals. The Grafton Senior Center also provides advocacy and assistance.

- How do I go about using the senior van?

It's easy! If you are 60-plus or disabled of any age (proof of disability is required), and a Grafton resident, the Grafton Senior Center has transportation for you. Please call the Senior Center at 508-839-9242 to schedule a ride at least 48 hours in advance. In-town service is available every day for $1.25 each way. Service to Worcester, Shrewsbury, Westborough, and Northbridge is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Service to Millbury is available on Tuesdays. Service to Auburn is available on Mondays. Cost to Auburn and Worcester is $1.75 each way; Shrewsbury, Westborough, Millbury and Northbridge is $1.50 each way.
- How do I receive the Grafton Senior Center monthly newsletter?

To receive the free Grafton Senior Gazette, please call or stop by the Senior Center office with your name and address. Gazettes will be mailed to you monthly or can be picked up at the Senior Center.
- What kind of services does the Grafton Senior Center provide?

The Senior Center provides the following: Lunches, social activities and special events, exercise programs such as yoga, Tai Chi, ZUMBA, and gentle exercise, informational programs, help with transportation needs, blood pressure and health screenings, day trips, chair massage, manicures and pedicures, and lending out small medical equipment. The Senior Center provides help with obtaining home health care, fuel and food assistance, legal assistance, or figuring out monthly bills.
