On October 15, 2013 the Board of Selectmen voted to form the Mill Villages Advisory Committee with the following actions and charge:
Section 1. In order to pursue additional goals and work items that would benefit from community oversight. The Board voted to establish the Mill Villages Advisory Committee on October 1, 2013 with the following charge:
"The Mill Villages Advisory Committee shall assist the Town of Grafton in identifying, prioritizing, and supporting projects and programs which will enhance the physical, historical, and environmental qualities, as well as the economic development opportunities within the Town's historic Mill Villages.
The Mill Villages Advisory Committee shall consist of seven members.
