The Town of Grafton, MA has embarked on an effort to update its Housing Production Plan, building on previous work in 2006, 2013 and 2018. The Plan offers the Town greater local control over affordable housing development and provides an updated blueprint to help further progress towards meeting the state’s Chapter 40B 10% affordable housing goal.
