The Town of Grafton seeks a qualified contractor to prepare a thorough comprehensive recreation facilities strategic plan. This plan will clearly define a strategy for the evaluation of current and new passive and active recreation facilities and amenities throughout town. The consultant would be expected to compile a database of all recreation assets by gathering information from various places and people. This effort should result in a single, consolidated plan.
